Before welding the groove part, the groove should be planed first and then welded, without adding steel reinforcement materials. This avoids the problem of easy detachment of welded steel reinforcement materials and reduces the trouble for customers during use.
4. The roller temperature regulation system should adopt an open temperature regulation system, which adjusts the roller temperature by injecting cooling water into the roller frame winch barrel to meet the process requirements. The structure should be simple, the cooling effect should be good, the water temperature detection should be convenient, and it should not be easily blocked.
5. The roller of the wood chipper machine should be made of cast steel material, and the working surface should be welded with wear-resistant welding materials.
