3. The feeding speed of the wood chip machine cannot be too slow or too fast. If the feed rate is too slow, the noise will be louder. If the feed rate is too fast, the machine load increases and the production speed decreases, which will cause significant wear on the machine blades.
4.In order to better reduce noise, we should always maintain it. The wood chip machine is often oiled, which can reduce noise and extend the service life of the machine.
5. Regarding the careful balancing of the rotating components of the wood chip machine, the equipment has been calibrated and balanced before leaving the factory, and then the gap between the conical sleeve and the eccentric shaft is reduced to reduce vibration intensity.
The noise of the wood chip machine should be dealt with in a timely manner. It may be due to internal faults of the product or improper operation during use, which may cause some blockage or friction of the equipment, resulting in more or less noise. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully inspect and find the cause.
