1. Before installing the wood chipper, if conditions permit, the site should be leveled and hardened. In order to stabilize the placement of the equipment, the installation direction should be determined according to the actual situation of the site and raw materials.

2. Check the circuit and oil circuit to confirm whether the connection is normal. In future use, check the tension of each chain, V-belt and transmission mechanism frequently.

3. The blade of the wood chipper is made of alloy steel. After long-term use, if the blade is worn or the angle changes, the fastening screw of the blade can be loosened and the blade can be removed for polishing and adjustment. If it is excessively worn, a new blade of the same specification should be replaced.

4. When the power is turned on, connect the 380V three-phase power supply from the distribution box or switch cabinet. 7. When using the wood chipper, first check the direction of the main engine and the oil inlet and outlet systems, check whether the control handle of the hydraulic system is flexible, whether the oil cylinder rises and falls synchronously, whether the pressure of the hand oil pump and the electric hydraulic oil pump is within the specified range, and whether the valve in the accumulator oil circuit is opened or closed as required.

8. Pay attention to equipment and personal safety during operation. When the conveying system is running, except for adjusting the hydraulic system lifting, manual adjustment of the wood on the workbench is not allowed to avoid hurting hands or people.

9. Check the condition of each part frequently, and deal with or replace it in time if any abnormality is found.
