The
high performance press drum wood chipper uses many mechanical equipment in the board industry, which cannot be separated from the use of lubricating oil.Of course, lubrication work is also important for equipment.Next, let's learn how lubrication work is done in a high performance press drum wood chipper.
1.The bearings of the high performance press drum wood chipper are usually oiled with butter cups, and the equipment is oiled every 40-60 minutes during operation.Drip heavy oil onto the thrust disc elbow, usually every 3-4 hours.
2.During the lubrication process,if the oil pump suddenly malfunctions, due to the swinging force, the equipment will take 15-20 minutes to stop running. It is necessary to manually press the oil pump to maintain bearing lubrication and prevent bearing burning.
3.Before starting the equipment, lubricating grease must be added to the contact area between the elbow plate and elbow pad.The lubricating oil added to the bearing seat should be 50-70%of the volume, and should be replaced every 3-6 months.
4.In winter, thin oil can be added to lubricating oil to prevent it from solidifying. After adding lubricating oil,it is necessary to perform sealing work to prevent dust from entering and affecting the lubrication effect.Pay attention to the oil temperature of the lubricating oil when the high performance press drum wood chipper is working. The oil temperature should not be too high and should be controlled below 60 degrees.
5.Regularly paying attention to and timely lubricating the friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life.During the production process, add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease every 400 hours and clean the bearings by opening the spindle assembly every 2000 hours;Replace the bearings with new ones every 7200 working hours.
It is necessary to master some lubrication work on both sides of the high performance press drum wood chipper. There are certain standards for time and location,so it is still necessary to master them when using equipment.
