This is mainly because the equipment consumes some energy during use, and oil can prevent wear and reduce the probability of equipment failure. However, some improper operations may lead to oil reflux. Here we can identify which techniques can be used to prevent oil return, thereby avoiding the need for the drum wood chipper to return oil again during future use. 1. Install the oil machine and auxiliary mechanism, and cut off the oil circuit when the drum wood chipper stops.
2. Add a check valve to automatically close the oil inlet when parking.
3. Add a pipe at the oil hole to slightly raise the oil level above the inlet.
4. Replace the shaft seal static sealing components in a timely manner and keep them fixed.
5. The flat surface of the drum wood chipper base should be smooth, and the valve plate should have elasticity.
6. The machine port is equipped with an inflation valve.
7. Separate the oil similar to the exhaust valve from other oils, with the oil level only slightly higher than the partition wall.
To lower the oil level and quantity, please move the fuel tank and exhaust valve to one side.
