6. Hold the raw materials with both hands when feeding. Firstly, lift the tail of the raw material so that the front end presses the support roller into the feeding roller. When one end of the discharge roller clamps the wood and starts discharging, you can release your hand. The receiver should hold the wood with both hands and move it in the direction of discharge, especially when the wood is about to peel off and completely separate from the discharge roller, they should maintain good balance.
7.When using a wood chip shredder machine, first check the direction of operation of the main engine and the inlet and outlet oil systems, whether the control handle of the hydraulic system is flexible, whether the oil cylinder rises and falls synchronously, whether the pressure of the manual oil pump and electric hydraulic oil pump is within the specified range, and whether the valves in the accumulator oil circuit are opened or closed as required.
8. Pay attention to equipment and personal safety during operation. During the operation of the conveying system, it is not allowed to manually adjust the wood on the workbench except for adjusting the lifting of the hydraulic system, in order to avoid injuring hands or people.
9. Regularly check the condition of each part and promptly handle or replace any abnormalities found.
